You will receive these formats… DST, EXP, HUS, JEF PES, VIP, and VP3. We do not sell/support any other formats. A thread chart will also be provided for the pattern as well.

If you get the wrong file type, or if there is a problem with the file you receive… it can be resent in the correct format.
